Solo Agent Kit

The Solo Agent Kit guide (21-page PDF). Pick and map your one job, check that your tool fits, then run it day by day. Also covers sounding like you, memory, cost control and troubleshooting.

A Notion workspace you copy into your own account. One Job Picker, Job Brief, Guardrails, 7-Day Run tracker and Time Saved Log, ready to fill in.

A 7-day plan. One guide page per day, each with a 10-minute check and what a good day looks like. Track each day in the workspace. On Day 7 you decide: keep it, tune it or swap the job.

A fill-in job brief template. The instructions you give your agent, with three worked examples (email sorting, content repurposing, meeting follow-ups) and copy-paste prompts.

Guardrails. Decide what your agent can do on its own, what needs your yes and what it never does. Ask for proof of what it did after every run.

A time-saved log. Time the job by hand, then time your review. Judge it on your own numbers.

Who it's for

Solo founders and business owners who already use ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant and want it to take one recurring task off their plate. You don't need to be technical.

Not for you if you want it built for you. This is a self-guided guide and workspace.

What you need

An AI assistant you already use. The guide's 15-minute tool test checks that it fits your job. Some jobs need connection or scheduling features your current plan may not have.

A Notion account to copy the workspace. Or track your run in any doc.

What to expect

Day 1 takes about an hour, plus reading. Most other days take 10 to 20 minutes. By Day 7 you decide with your own numbers.
